Legends Young Lions Division driver Bryson Ruff returned to Concord Speedway (NC) for another double-feature weekend, but this time without the help of most of his team. Ruff’s Driver Coach, Carson Ferguson, was racing his dirt late model in three different events this weekend, so the team was split between different facilities, but the whole team was cheering both drivers on!
While the absence of some team members may have made the weekend a bit more of a challenge, Ruff didn’t let it show! He drove his No. 24 Bojangles’/ Barringer Construction/ Your Pie/ Victory Lane Indoor Karting / Wild Bill Fitness machine to Victory Lane on Friday, August 31st, after qualifying on the pole and leading every lap of the race.
Ruff returned to Concord Speedway for the National Qualifier race on Saturday, September 1st, and finished 2nd behind his teammate Isaak Love after a battle for the top spot. The team would like to congratulate Isaak on his 19th win of the year!
There will be a break from racing next weekend, but Bryson will be back on track for another double-header at Concord on Friday and Saturday, September 14th and 15th.
