Bryson Ruff Ends First Limited Late Model Season With 12 Poles & 9 Wins at Hickory

Bryson Ruff, Charlie Sigmon Racing (CSR), and the No. 24 Barringer Construction/ Victory Lane Indoor Karting/ Wild Bill Fitness machine returned to Hickory Motor Speedway (NC) on Saturday, September 18th for Championship Night.

The team was hoping to come away with a 10th win and the Limited Late Model Series championship, unfortunately it was not to be.

Bryson earned the outside pole for the final feature of the year and made it to the front of the field early on. A teammate of the other championship contender made contact with Bryson’s left rear corner panel in turn three, while he was leading, sending him spinning into the wall.

Never one to give up, Bryson raced his way from the rear of the field but was only able to get to 5th place by the time the checkered flag flew. Still, 12 poles and 9 wins is nothing short of amazing for his first year in a full-size car.

The Charlie Sigmon Racing team was incredible all season long and Bryson could not have had the success he did without them and his amazing sponsors, Barringer Construction, Victory Lane Indoor Karting, and Wb Fitness!

The team is now working on plans for 2022!
