Bryson Ruff Goes Two for Two at Concord After Hurricane Florence Drenches the Carolinas

Hurricane Florence’s arrival in North Carolina forced a cancellation of racing action at Concord Speedway (NC) on September 14th & 15th, but Bryson Ruff in his No. 24 Bojangles’/ Barringer Construction/ Your Pie/ Victory Lane Indoor Karting / Wild Bill Fitness machine returned to the track with a vengeance.

The young driver was plagued with handling issues during practice on Friday evening, September 21st, and the crew made the wrong adjustment for qualifying. Before the race, more adjustments were made and they turned the No. 24 into a rocket ship. Ruff won both Friday and Saturday night, after grabbing the pole the second evening, to sweep the race weekend.

Before heading back to Concord for another weekend of racing September 28th and 29th, Ruff will be signing autographs at Barringer Construction’s 6th Annual Blues & Brews event on Thursday, September 27th, beginning at 4:30pm! The event features a bacon bar and local brews, as well as bull riding and live music.
