After a successful start to the 2018 racing season in Florida, Legends Young Lions racer Bryson Ruff headed back to North Carolina to race on the opening weekend at Concord Speedway on Saturday and Sunday, March 3 and 4. Crewed by Tony Ferguson, Carson Ferguson, and Mark Nahrstedt Race Cars, Ruff got up to speed right away on the quarter-mile oval, timing in second on Saturday for the feature, where he drove the No. 24 Bojangles’/ Barringer Construction/ Your Pie/ Victory Lane Indoor Karting Legends Car to a second-place finish.
On Sunday, Ruff improved on his lap times, qualifying second once again for the feature. He drove to another second-place finish, giving him two runner-up finishes in two days.
