Bryson Ruff and the Mark Nahrstedt Race Cars team took on the 1/4-mile at Charlotte Motor Speedway (NC) on Friday, May 24th during NASCAR Monster Energy Cup race weekend as an introductory race for the Bojangles’ Summer Shootout Series. After qualifying 5th in the combined Pro/Masters division for the Old Glory 140, Ruff was caught up in a racing incident that left him with heavy front end damage which ended his race early. The seat time during the day was invaluable, however, with the Bojangles’ Summer Shootout just around the corner on Ruff’s race schedule.
